"We are extremely pleased, not only by the services, but by the friendliness and professionalism that Garland and his team have. I'm extremely OCD about cleaning. Garland was very patient and willing to discuss any concerns or answer any questions that I had. He brought legit issues to our attention. Not only about our carpet, but other areas in our home. And it wasn't anything that he was trying to cross sell. He actually cared about us as customers. Not just business. He was extremely polite, as well as his employee. He involved us throughout the cleaning process. The carpet actually looks better now, then it did when we first moved in with brand new carpet! We highly recommend him for anyone's carpet cleaning services! Before he was even finished, he talked to us about everything, to make sure we were satisfied with his work.
